That’s why the F-Type 75 is the crowning glory of this whole story as it is the last one with an internal combustion engine — from 2025 the brand will produce exclusively battery electric vehicles.
The F-Type 75, with a suggested public price of R$ 612,977, is powered by a 1,997 cm³ in-line four-cylinder Ingenium gasoline engine with an aluminum block and cylinder head, dual camshafts, chain, phase variator on intake and exhaust. , 4 valves per cylinder and equipped with a twin-scroll turbocharger with intercooler. The Ingenium engine, with remarkable elasticity and responses, is produced at the JLR Engine Manufacturing Center in Wolverhampton, England, and the transmission is the eight-speed German epicyclic ZF 8HP automatic with sequential changes by the selector lever or by the butterflies behind the steering wheel.
The dynamic behavior of a rear-wheel drive sports car with an electronically controlled limited-slip differential results from the four-wheel independent suspension by superimposed wishbones with helical spring, adaptive pressurized shock absorber and anti-roll bar. Brakes are ventilated discs, 355 mm in diameter at the front and 325 mm in diameter at the rear. and the wheels are 20-inch five-spoke wheels in glossy black, created specifically for this version, and fitted with Pirelli P Zero tires 255/30R20 at the front and 295/30R20 at the rear.
